The two paths

Two ways forward.
One clear comparison.

A consolidation loan combines balances into one payment. Debt relief works to negotiate eligible balances. We'll help you understand which path may fit your situation.

How it works

Clarity in three steps.

  1. 01

    Tell us the numbers

What you owe, roughly what you earn, and whether you're current or behind. Two minutes online, or by phone.

  2. 02

    Get it in writing

The best-fitting path, its costs, credit impact, and what happens if you do nothing—plainly explained.

  3. 03

    You choose. Or don't.

Move forward and we handle the paperwork. Walk away and nothing has happened to your credit.

Why Golden Rise

A conversation built around your numbers.

Every financial situation is different. We take the time to understand your balances, income, and goals before helping you explore the options that may be available.

“The recommendation should fit your numbers—not the product someone needs to sell.”
01

Start with the full picture

We look at your balances, income, and goals before talking about any direction — including options outside what we offer, like speaking with an attorney or credit counselor when that fits better.

02

Understand your options

We walk through consolidation loans and debt relief programs side by side, including costs, timeline, and what to expect at each stage.

03

Choose at your pace

There's no obligation to move forward. Take the information, ask questions, and decide when you're ready.

Common questions

Before you talk to anyone.

Will checking my options hurt my credit?

No. The initial assessment does not require a hard credit inquiry. If a lending option later requires one, we will tell you before it happens.

What does this cost me?

The assessment is free. Loan costs depend on the approved rate and term. Debt relief fees range from 15% to 25% of enrolled debt and are explained before enrollment.

How much debt do I need for this to make sense?

We generally work with $10,000–$100,000 in unsecured debt, including credit cards, personal loans, medical bills, and collections.

Are you the lender, or are you referring me somewhere?

Golden Rise Capital, LLC is a licensed lender and also administers debt relief programs directly. We show both paths so you can compare the consequences.

Is this available in my state?

Products and terms are not available in every state. Availability is confirmed during the assessment before you make a decision.

No pressure. Just clarity.
